Harrison Shield

Sunday provided the perfect conditions to hold the annual Harrison Shield event, which was held over from last year due to COVID-19.

The overall winners were the 4’s from Mt Barker, an impressive lineup with Mark Schutt playing lead, David Thompson second, Tony Wetherall third, and Jordan Modra as skip.

Gumeracha came in second place, with Butch Mik, Garth Saunders, Carol Prior, and Bernie Mullins, and Lobethal took out third place,  with Brian Scown, Paul Arnup, Joe Conte, and Darren Stanbury.

Well done to all contestants – even those who did not win.  We all won really – by enjoying a great day of bowling with our friends from other HBA clubs.
