Our Bowling Club is situated in a beautiful location – right alongside a local landmark, with views of the great park next door, and the gorgeous sunsets that bring an inspiring end to a satisfying day of lawn bowls. For the complete newcomer to lawn bowls, looking for a sporting activity that promises much in fun and enjoyment with a competitive element, then the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of Our Bowling Club will be the place to be.
The Talunga Shield is an annual event played between div 2 & 3 players from Lower Murray and the Hills Bowling Associations. This year we hosted the 56 players. It was a hot one, mid 30’s, competition was hot too with the Hills being the victors of the day. Congratulations to all players who participated.

After our floods last year, the club rooms were at last refitted with new carpet, furniture etc. We had a great night with wonderful dinners provided by Nicole from the Olive Branch Cafe, and music by “Almost Acoustic”, a three piece mostly 70’s band.
